Private: Medial Elbow Treatment Tendon Friction

Using the tip of your thumb, fingers or a lacrosse ball, push into the tendon just below the bone of the inner elbow and massage it from side to side and up and down. Perform this for 20 seconds and repeat 2 times, resting 30 seconds between each.
