Use your thumb, fingertips or knuckles to strip out the muscles of the arm and forearm. Start with the back of the arm. Rub from the shoulder down to and across the elbow. If you find spots of discomfort, push a little harder and slow down over those areas. Follow the same procedure for the front of the arm and the forearm. If you cannot reach the areas or do not have the strength to perform this use a lacrosse ball and roll the areas out.
