Straighten your elbow and place the palm up. Bend the wrist down so the fingers are toward the floor. With your opposite hand grasp the fingers of the flexed hand and increase the stretch until slight discomfort is felt. Hold this for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Rest for 30 seconds between each stretch.
