Place the affected arm straight up to the ceiling. Bend the elbow so that the hand goes behind the head. Place the opposite hand on the affected wrist and add pressure until a slight discomfort is felt. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Rest for 30 seconds between each stretch.
