Private: Medial Elbow Mobility Wrist Rotations

Place the elbow straight with the palm up and the arm out in front of your body. Keep your upper arm still and alternate rotating your palm from the floor to the ceiling slowly 10 times. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat 2 times. While performing this make note of any areas of tightness or discomfort.
